  • Nancy Silverton, co-owner of Mozza Restaurant Group & founder of La Brea Bakery. She has worked with some of the nation´s most notable chefs and has served as a menotr to numerous chefs who have gone on to become award-winning chefs and restaurant owners themselves.
  • Carolynn Carreño, Tijuana-born writer whose essays and feature stories have been published in the New York Times Magazine, Saveur, Gourmet, Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, The Los Angeles Times and The Los Angeles Times Magazine. She is also a three-time James Beard nominee and the winner of the James Beard Best Writing for Newspaper Award.
